Answers to the questions we hear most often about how we work.
NutraBridge is a tech-enabled nutraceutical manufacturing and supply company helping brands develop, source, and scale botanical ingredients and finished nutraceutical products.
In our initial phase, we work with qualified manufacturing partners while building our own long-term GMP manufacturing capabilities.
We are not just a broker. NutraBridge is building a manufacturing-focused business.
In the early phase, we use a qualified manufacturing partner network to serve customers faster, validate demand, and provide reliable supply. Our long-term goal is to bring selected high-demand products into our own manufacturing facility.
At this stage, we work with qualified third-party manufacturing partners. We are building our customer base, supplier network, quality systems, and technology platform before investing in our own facility.
Our goal is to gradually move toward our own GMP manufacturing infrastructure.
Many customers can find suppliers online, but the challenge is choosing the right supplier and managing quality, documentation, communication, samples, timelines, and shipment.
NutraBridge helps with: supplier qualification, document collection, sample coordination, quality review, production follow-up, shipment coordination, customer support in the U.S., and technology-enabled project tracking.
We make the process easier, more transparent, and more organized.
We can support: botanical extracts, herbal powders, standardized extracts, nutraceutical ingredients, capsules, tablets, powders, private-label supplements, and custom formulations through partners.
Examples include ashwagandha, shatavari, turmeric/curcumin, amla, moringa, boswellia, bacopa, fenugreek, ginger, triphala, neem, and other Indian botanicals.
We can support both.
Ingredients: botanical extracts, powders, standardized extracts
Finished products: capsules, tablets, powders, sachets, blends, and private-label products
Availability depends on the product type, formulation, MOQ, and manufacturing partner capability.
Yes. We can coordinate custom formulation development through qualified formulation and manufacturing partners.
We can support ingredient selection, dosage form discussion, prototype coordination, sample development, and commercial production planning.
Yes. We can support private-label nutraceutical products through our manufacturing partner network.
This may include: formula selection, ingredient sourcing, capsule/tablet/powder manufacturing, packaging coordination, document collection, sample coordination, and shipment support.
NutraBridge combines nutraceutical sourcing, quality documentation, manufacturing coordination, and technology.
Our goal is to provide a better customer experience through: clear communication, organized document packages, supplier qualification, project tracking, transparent timelines, quality-focused supplier selection, U.S.-based customer support, and long-term manufacturing vision.
Our technology approach helps customers track and manage the sourcing/manufacturing process more clearly.
In the future, customers may be able to access: quote status, sample status, production timeline, shipment updates, quality document library, supplier comparison, reorder reminders, and batch document tracking.
This helps reduce confusion and improves transparency.
We aim to work with suppliers and manufacturing partners that have relevant quality certifications such as GMP, ISO, FSSAI, HACCP, Organic, Halal, Kosher, or other certifications depending on the product and customer requirement.
Certification availability varies by supplier and product category.
Yes. For applicable products, we can provide a Certificate of Analysis, also called COA.
A COA may include testing results such as: active ingredient content, microbial limits, heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents (if applicable), moisture, ash value, identity testing, and appearance and organoleptic properties.
The exact tests depend on the product and customer specification.
Depending on the product and supplier, we may provide: COA, specification sheet, technical data sheet, safety data sheet, allergen statement, GMO statement, vegan statement, country of origin, certificate of origin, heavy metal report, pesticide report, microbial report, residual solvent report, flow chart, manufacturing process summary, stability data (if available), and halal/kosher/organic certificate (if applicable).
We can support customers with documentation coordination and quality review, but we do not replace legal counsel, FDA consultants, or regulatory attorneys.
For dietary supplements and food ingredients, we help customers collect supplier documents and understand basic quality requirements. Final regulatory responsibility depends on the product, label, claims, importer, and seller.
